Situated close to the Golf of Bendinat and the city of Palma, this modern villa offers panoramic views of  the mountains and the sea. Oriented to the southwest, it allows you to appreciate these stunning views  from various areas, whether you’re relaxing on the loungers or enjoying alfresco dining with your family  on the spacious porch. 

Facing southwest ensures abundant sunlight throughout the day on the large terraces across each floor  and around the exquisite infinity pool, which can be heated for your comfort. Constructed with high quality materials, the villa stands out for its brightness and offers spectacular views from every floor, the  pool, terraces, and garden. The contemporary design combines welcoming and practical elements,  catering to both families with children and groups of couples seeking independence and privacy through  multiple separate living areas. 

In addition to the four bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and satellite TV offering  channels from all countries, Netflix, etc., the house features a second living room in the bedroom area  that connects to the spa on the lower floor, as well as the pool and garden area.

The modern 75 m2 spa includes a Jacuzzi with hot water (36-38 degrees) featuring ozone therapy  treatment and various massage systems (cervical massage jet, air and water lumbar massage, etc.), a  Turkish steam bath with aromatherapy, shower massage, hot beds, a chillout area for relaxation, a  massage table, and a gym equipped with a weight machine, elliptical bike, treadmill, rowing machine,  dumbbells, and an abdominal bench. 

Outdoor furnishings encompass two dining tables for 10 people, four sofas, ten sun loungers, a ping pong table, a hammock, chillout mats, and a gas barbecue (4-burner Weber). 

House rules  

The villa is only rented for families, not for other purposes.
Parties or noises that may disturb the rest of the neighbors are not allowed.
The outdoor area cannot be used after 11 pm.
Only available for rentals starting on Saturday and ending on Saturday.
The outdoor pool will not be heated during the months of November, December, January, February and  March.
